1. Right of Withdrawal / Change of Mind

If you are a consumer purchasing from the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal, items must be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection and handling.

  • include original packaging whenever possible
  • include any accessories, inserts, or components received with the product
  • not show signs of misuse, wear, or damage caused after delivery

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item shows diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health protection, and product integrity reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or unsealed where legally permitted.

This may include:

  • sealed hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened after delivery
  • intimate apparel or lingerie where the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been worn
  • personalized or made-to-order items
  • items not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed, where applicable by law

If a return is refused for hygiene or product protection reasons, we will inform you accordingly.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, an incorrect item, a damaged item, or a defective/non-conforming product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Where return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, this is clearly disclosed in advance in this policy.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the item until it is received back.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incomplete
  • or different from what you ordered

  • clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label if available

Once reviewed, we may offer an appropriate remedy, such as:

For goods that are faulty or not in conformity with the contract, consumer rights may apply under the legal conformity regime. EU law requires at least a 2-year legal guarantee, and Portuguese law provides a strengthened national regime.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you no longer want an item, please request a return where eligible. If approved, a refund will be processed according to this policy, and you may place a new order separately.

If the item is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement where appropriate.

Please do not send items back without first receiving return instructions from us.

8. Return Address

Because some orders are fulfilled through external logistics partners, the return address may vary depending on the item and fulfillment route.

For this reason, customers must request return instructions before shipping any item back.

We are not responsible for returns sent to an address that was not provided or confirmed by us.

9. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Where the return results from a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, reimbursement is generally due within 14 days from the date we are informed of the decision to withdraw, although we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or evidence of their return, as permitted by law.

10. Shipping Fees and Refunds

Where shipping is offered free of charge on the website, no separate shipping amount is charged to the customer at checkout.

If a return is made because of a change of mind, only the amount paid for the eligible returned item(s) will be refunded, subject to this policy and applicable law.

If the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our side, we will review the case and provide the appropriate solution.

11. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

If an order cannot be delivered or requires correction due to an incorrect address, postcode, or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, additional re-shipping costs may apply before the order can be re-sent.

12. Returned to Sender Parcels

If an order is returned to sender due to:

  • incorrect address details
  • failed delivery attempts
  • unclaimed parcel
  • refusal of delivery without prior agreement

we may offer re-shipment subject to additional shipping costs, or issue a refund excluding any non-recoverable logistics costs where legally permitted.
